The coherence crystal - evolution

To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made up of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, center yourself in the heart. Feel the crystal of coherence in you, like a beautiful cut diamond, the base at the level of the pelvis and the tip on the heart. To reach its functions of rebirth to the spirit, become aware of its multidimensional nature by saying "I unite and adjust myself to all my emanations": the crystal is adorned with the golden reflections of the flame of resilience which dances in its center; then "My blood is the nectar of my Spirit": the diamond blooms like a crystal lotus. From its open heart, the golden filaments connect you to your spirit. You enter into the consciousness of the will and wisdom of your spirit. Let it descend into you, guided by the golden filaments. Feel your spirit living in your heart and then let it invest your pelvis, offer it your sacred temple that you have lovingly prepared to welcome it. Your body of matter contains light, it is now time to unveil it, to reveal it. The golden DNA strand, this luminous and dancing filament, infiltrates your pond. Visualize the crystal lotus reflecting in the blue water on your hips, and feel the reflection take shape as a deep blue crystal lotus opening downwards. From the hips, it unfolds, revealing the root chakra, the origin chakra. Say, "I commit myself as a human of light," and watch as a flow of golden light spins between your legs, down to your feet. This flow is transforming your bodies, creating new frequencies in the cavities of your crystalline nature, new vortexes that will be new chakras: between your knees, between your ankles and under your feet. You exist right side up as well as upside down. Feel how you can pivot around the center point of your root chakra, around your origin, and exist around it in either direction. You are up as well as down, you are human turning around, you are returning to your unity. Place your consciousness deeply into the light of your womb or your prostate and feel how you are both parent and child, the begetter and the begotten, according to your own will power and desire to evolve. You are human of light in the universe as in this body.
