The rebirthing gyroscope

To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made up of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, feel that your physical body is closely connected to your energy body. Feel its energy flow through subtle tingling in your feet, then in your hands. Little by little your legs, your arms sparkle, your whole spine and your head perceive these vital flows. Start now to anchor yourself on this vertical column in the center of your body and say this sentence: "I am the home of my spirit". This column rises above your head and descends below your feet. You contact in consciousness your different subtle bodies: your energetic body, limpid blue traveling information routes in and around your body; your emotional body, like a light pink cottony plasma without structure but benevolent; your mental body, dynamic, luminous green like an aurora borealis that blossoms widely; your body of memories, more secret, preciously guarding in its orange aura the accumulated wisdoms of your lives ; then, still beyond, however well anchored on your column, your immense atmic body, in the shape of a helix in relation with your DNA in each of your cells; your Buddhist body, which sends like clear blue electric arcs well beyond the earth; and finally your Christic body, radiating without limit of white and gold light like a radiant egg-shaped sun. All of these bodies are your being, here and now, synchronized together. Repeat: "I am the home of my spirit". Gather the anchor in one point, in your solar plexus, around the stomach, and from that place impulse the synchronization of the gyroscope that deploys in all your bodies a sacred geometry in motion, to bring forth in you a total and grandiose harmony: "I am now the abode of my spirit".
