The crystal tube is our updated central channel. Its function is still the same: to connect us to the energy of the earth and the cosmos... a function defined roughly like this until today, which corresponded to our sometimes unenlightened vision of the world. We can now observe it more precisely by the very fact that it has been purified: indeed, our central channel has been, almost from the beginning of our incarnations on earth, subdivided into three channels, the idah, the pingala and the sushumna, as many filters between our source spirit and our incarnation. Whatever the motivations that led to the setting up of this limiting configuration, we can always retrieve the buried treasure, because, in my opinion, we have learned and evolved a lot in this past state of being. However, we are now given the opportunity to reunite this central channel and enjoy a purer connection with our source.

2 meditations: purification then activation.
Purification
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your surroundings, sounds, colors, smells, the air and at the same time your inner self, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, join your hands on your chest. Mentally call your two cobras, acknowledge them and gently awaken them.
After a time of recognition, invite them into your central channel, along your vertical column. Allow them a time to explore, then ask them to cleanse, to purify your central channel. You can feel them coming and going, like a cleansing dance, deactivating one by one the programs of isolation and separation. When this work is complete, prepare for the special moment that is coming. Ask them now to merge together, feel their union that is unique to each of us. Feel this love, this tolerance and this new understanding that they are accessing, this outpouring that is flooding you, from head to toe and from head to foot. This release of energy reveals to you this internal regeneration, reveals to you your unified, purified, crystalline central channel, your crystal tube. Enjoy its beauty, its brilliance and its transparency within your very being, like a pillar of light.
Activation
Now in this presence and inner alignment, place your attention along your spine. Visualize your crystal tube as a magnificent column, the walls of which are made of crystal scales or facets. It is a pillar of light that is engraved with a multitude of useful information for you. It connects you to the earth and to heaven like a huge umbilical cord. We are the reason for the existence of this silver cord. To activate our crystal tube and thus connect fully to the universe, go back inside yourself and watch it sink into the earth, to the center of the earth. Feel it go deeper and deeper into the very heart of Gaia, into her energetic, electric blue core, and say out loud "I am activating my crystal tube to the center of the Earth". Your tube will gradually light up and finally connect to the blue core of Gaia. Now invite the energy of the Earth to rise through your tube to your physical body. This blue energy, as it passes through, updates the body by inserting all sorts of information and functions useful to your evolution. Let this flow flood your body and invite it to flow everywhere as if you were reconnecting your entire body and being to this intelligent and nourishing energy of our dear planet. Now activate your tube to the source, from above, saying "I am activating my crystal tube to the central sun". See it gradually light up into a huge sphere of white light. Invite the white energy of pure light from the central sun to descend into your crystal tube and let it intervene as it descends into your physical body. Welcome this light in the same way, and enjoy its clarity and power throughout you. The crystal tube is now operational and you can ask it for a general or local attunement whenever you need it.
