With the recognition of our own crystalline nature, it is now a matter of maintaining it through regular updates which will certainly be more and more automatic. It is a question of initiating a complicity with the crystalline grid of the Earth, this golden mesh which contains all the programs necessary for the evolution of humanity on this path of return towards unity.
Meditation
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, align yourself with your spine. See it as a great crystal pillar, pure, transparent, and feel its extension into the Earth and into the cosmos, between Gaia's energy center and the central sun of the universe. This crystal pillar supports your spine, each vertebra, as well as your nerves, your muscles, your spinal cord, the epidermis, the blood vessels. Be aware that each cell of which they are composed contains water in the form of liquid crystal. This water is structured in hexagonal cells, forming a flexible and intelligent mesh. It plays its role of sensor/transmitter, translator, and interface. You have over a hundred thousand billion cells in your body; they are your body and you are your cells. Now invite the crystal hydra and set your intention by saying "I am crystal and update my information". Feel from your feet a slow but powerful, refreshing wave moving up through your body. Take the time to feel it everywhere; all your cells are excited to be in tune with the freshest information. They are now capturing and transmitting with more power and more freedom because of the interfacial water they contain, the water that envelops your DNA. Down to your atoms, you are now reconnected, plugged into the crystalline grid of earth space: you are a crystal being.
