The column of youth is a connection between the physical body and the 144 crystalline grid whose function is to promote the incarnation of the soul in our cells.
It will allow us to cleanse the latter of certain limiting encodings such as cellular aging programs. It offers an access to our seed atoms and thus to our atmic body. The pituitary and pineal glands will particularly benefit from this purification.
Meditation
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made up of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, feel the space around you. Feel the electromagnetic fields of our Earth vibrating in the ground and in the air around you. Merge your whole being, all your informational fields with Gaia's. Network with her crystal nature, her crystal heart, her giant crystals under her surface, her ice crystals on her peaks. All these natural elements are connected by uninterrupted flows of information, light and love. Insert yourself into these flows, into this crystalline grid. Visualize or hear the crystal resonating with the entire universe. You are now connected to the crystalline grid of Gaia which is awakening your own crystalline nature within you. Now return to your incarnation and align yourself with your spine. See it as a great crystal column, pure, transparent, and feel its extension into the Earth and into the cosmos, between Gaia's energy center and the central sun of the universe. Your crystal tube supports your spine, each vertebra as well as your nerves, your muscles, your spinal cord, your epidermis, your blood vessels, and become aware that each cell of which they are composed contains water in the form of liquid crystal: crystalline water, in hexagonal cells, forming a flexible and intelligent mesh. You have more than a hundred thousand billion cells in your body, they are your body and you are your cells. From each of your cells, and from your consciousness, anchored in your crystal tube firmly connected to the earth and its crystalline nature, invite the column of youth to regenerate you, to purify you, to cleanse you of old obsolete programs. You can say this mantra: "I am the life in my cells". Visualize the column of youth, all golden and engraved with the flower of life, settling in your crystal tube. Welcome and allow the return to the original encoding of your seed atoms. Witness the fusion of the golden column and your crystal tube which is greatly enriched with the knowledge of purification and regeneration of your body. And finally this mantra: "I am the light and the life in my cells". You are now in a phase of renewal and regeneration of your cells and your physical body, this beautiful temple of your soul.
