A vast reality
The expansion of our consciousness leads us to the plane of consciousness of our soul, where we contact our multiple or collective dimension. We experience, at the first level of the crystal of coherence, this collective plane of consciousness which is neither inferior nor superior, but simply another aspect of reality. In a general and schematic way, from the individual dimension to the universal dimension, we explore an understanding of the world in a vertical way. On the contrary, here, from the individual consciousness to the collective consciousness, we expand our perception in the same dimension, in a horizontal way, or rather in a dimension of scale, because the universe is holographic. In the collective dimension, we find first of all the family and our ancestors, more or less known or close in our heart, but always present in our blood.
Meditation
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made up of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, center yourself in your heart, in peace, without stake or judgment. Place within you this large cut diamond of the crystal of coherence, pointing upward at the heart and basing downward at the pelvis. It is clear, crystalline, and intelligent. It communicates with our crystalline nature to interact with our energetic body and our physical body to harmonize your existence in the present. Now place a light pink crystal in your heart; its shape is a dodecahedron, a regular polyhedron with twelve faces: each face is a pentagon, a five-sided polygon. Now place a resiliency flame, clear and slightly golden, on your liver, on the right, still in the big diamond, and then an emerald of changing shape on your spleen, on the left. Now invite your transgenerational lineage to harmonize with your being here and now. To initiate the attunement, you can say "My blood is the nectar of my Spirit" to enter the collective consciousness. Feel how your heart welcomes the memories of your ancestors into a space of perfect recognition, love and non-judgment, so that they are not afraid to come forward. Feel this immense and serene space of encounter in your pink and soft heart. Become aware of your bloodstream and invite these memories to truly release their energy and treasure by allowing themselves to be carried to the liver. Invite them to bathe in the flame of resilience that envelops them in its light of recognition and even pride for the great value that each experience carries. Your liver, thus illuminated, releases the jewels, eliminates the crystallizations and the isolating gangues and reveals the wisdoms generated. You can say again: "I accept with gratitude the knowledge of these experiences in their integrity and I release their karmic charges". Your heart and liver thus at work in processing the bloodstream receive support from the emerald in your spleen. It enhances its ability to provide the energy necessary for their functioning by sending out different frequencies suitable for the ongoing regeneration of all the organs involved in this beautiful sharing and powerful harmonization. Remain in this state of welcome, in the heart. Little by little, let yourself unfold in the universe as the diamond does, opening like a lotus flower. You also open yourself, serenely, to the reception of the ancestral memories of your emanations. You are joining bloodlines in other dimensions, all linked to your presence.
