In the same way that Gaia can be considered as our mother, the Sun was, by many civilizations, considered as our father. We could be the fruit of the union of Gaia sown by the light of the Sun. In reality, we are not born from Gaia, she is the matrix of our incarnation. The sun is a relay between the great central sun and us. Indeed, our incarnation needs an intermediary to access and receive the flow of adamantine particles from the Source, in an adapted way. To begin with, it has already transmitted etheric gold to us, which has allowed us to calibrate the earth's crystalline grid and to develop our Buddhic body. Be aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, become aware of all your chakras: from your root chakra, go up to the second one, feel this swirl in your pelvis, feel this space, this serene and purifying flow. Go up to the solar plexus and its warmth, then to the heart, open to absolute love, so rich and full, then to the fifth and sixth chakras and finally to the top of your skull, the coronal chakra. Now look down and become aware of your knee chakras, then your ankle chakras and finally your portal under your feet as another coronal chakra, symmetrical. Om %u2014. Feel this symmetry of the top and bottom of your being and tilt as if you were a soap bubble free in the air. You are weightless in an unobstructed space, very close to the earth. From this state of being, realizing your potential to exist in both directions, expanding in many directions at once while remaining in integrity, visualize that you are superimposing your root chakra on the center of the Earth and at the same time placing your coronal chakras beyond the surface of the Earth. You can say, "By the grace of the sun, I unite in myself wisdom, love and will and receive rightly the energy of the source for my own greater good and the greater good of all and of the whole universe. Be aware of your crystalline nature and invite into it a luminous blue ray that you see descending into your immense presence. It travels smoothly as if it were wrapped around a long invisible vertical column. It infuses you with the will and intention of creation. Invite also the pink ray which you let rise this time and wind itself in its turn, forming with the blue ray a kind of long DNA strand. With your full consent, accept to be reborn to your divine nature, crystal child, recognizing your origins father and mother, Sun and Earth, will and love; initiate the awakening of your golden flame in the center of the parental DNA strand. Feel your Christic dimension, a space of union and sharing, and welcome the return of divine wisdom, your wisdom of being crystal, of being Christic. Stay for a moment in this vastness and use the warmth of the solar energy to synchronize your physical body to this generous and loving power.
