To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence brings you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, place your awareness in your solar plexus. Perceive its golden brilliance as a small sun in the middle of your chest. Then gradually expand and place yourself on a galactic scale. Your solar plexus merges with the sun, and you surround the earth with your solar energy. The earth is there, under your feet and also within you. Like a child who wants to grow, feel these transformations, your development, with enthusiasm. On a solar scale, multiple golden filaments radiate from your immense plexus and fill the space, your entire galactic body, forming a very dense network. Your entire being is glowing with a golden glow. Let the gold flow through the veins of your galactic body and revive your irrigation network. You can say, "Gold flows through the veins of the universe, my blood is gold. Rejoice in this moment, enjoy the awakening of this immense body. Feel its heart, your galactic heart, beating. Find your life center, your origin. You contact again your source and your mission. Contact, at this moment, the Alpha crystal, in love, through your heart. Say "I am". Contemplate this starry, transparent bluish alpha crystal: it is total innocence. It carries the energy of your origins but without the notion of multiple experiences; it is absolutely new and carries the energy of the beginning of all things; it is engraved with all the symbols because it has the complete knowledge of the activation of all the codes. This alpha crystal breathes freshness and purity into you: a new momentum, a new consciousness of creation. Now, turn around and go back to your root chakra, down in the center, and project towards it, towards your interior this time and always from your solar plexus, golden filaments like so many veins irrigating your body with the gold of your solar center. You are entering the golden age of humanity. Observe your home, the Earth. She is participating in this new era. Feel her small, within you, around your root chakra, in your pelvis so to speak, and feel for her the motherly love that cradles and protects. The Earth is there, inside you, and like a child you are carrying, you are concerned for its life, for its happiness. You are at the same time this parent of the Earth, protective and invested, and at the same time her enthusiastic child, light, without responsibility, all to your joy and your desire to grow and discover. You are both parent and child, the Earth is both child and mother to us. In the joy of these mixed feelings, bring your attention to the coronal chakra of your galactic body. Perceive the presence of a diamond of absolute transparency against the backdrop of a universe the color of night. It seems black because there is no more light reflected in it, it is made of pure adamantine particles and contains Everything. Enter it as through a sacred portal. Access the Omega. In it, all experiences are united; they are all lived and have found their meaning, their links between them and have all reached their complete resolution and have delivered their teachings. The time that linked them is condensed into an eternal present, the space that contained them is simplified into an infinite point. Here everything is done, lived, resolved, accomplished. Feel how you are lightened of any burden, of any mission: you are, simply. Say: "I am". Let this Omega Diamond slowly descend through your body to your root chakra and return to the Earth. The child that we were has blossomed and we can contact this immense joy of realization. This is what the Earth wanted to hear, see and feel! Its anxiety and ours, dull, can dissipate. Give her the opportunity to be so proud of you, dare to carry and spread your light, and feel this joy of being so well protected and carried; welcome this urge to laugh and invite her to play with you: this is your only and true responsibility. The Earth, in her joy of having succeeded in her mission, gives you this magnificent gift: all her anxiety, and all yours, are gone, and her grace allied to yours keeps you in deep rejoicing.
