The crystal of eternity

To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made up of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, place yourself in your galactic being. You are expanding your being beyond the earth, beyond the sun, beyond space. Your root chakra contains the Earth, your plexus is the sun and your apex is in galactic space. Place, on your unfolded root chakra, the alpha crystal. Contemplate this starry, transparent bluish alpha crystal: it is total innocence. It carries the energy of your origins but without the notion of multiple experiences, it is absolutely new and carries the energy of the beginning of everything. It is engraved with all the symbols because it has the complete knowledge of the activation of all the codes. Let its freshness and purity penetrate you: a new momentum, a new consciousness of creation. Now place the Omega crystal on top of your galactic body. Visualize a diamond of absolute transparency against the backdrop of a night-colored universe. It appears black because there is no more light reflected in it, it is made of pure adamantine particles and contains Everything. In it, all experiences are gathered, they are all lived and have found their meaning, their links between them; they have all reached their complete resolution and have delivered all their teachings. The time that linked them is condensed into an eternal present; the space that contained them is simplified into an infinite point. Here everything is done, lived, resolved, accomplished. Feel how you are lightened of any burden, of any mission. You simply are. Now invite the Omega crystal to descend along the vertical axis of your galactic being and the Alpha crystal to ascend towards it. Initiate and accomplish their meeting and merging in your sacred galactic temple that is your galactic body. Since your incarnation, you are aware of your universal dimension, but also of your presence on Earth. Within you, the Alpha and Omega energies are growing a long vertical crystal with pointed ends. Feel the upward and downward flow that this crystal installs in itself, in you. Alpha and Omega meet at all levels, at all heights, and you feel that at each meeting they collide and unfold their divine energy with incredible power. You are now pulsing from this Alpha and Omega crystal %u2014 the union of beginning and end, of creation and fulfillment %u2014 and you remember the eternal presence. You are contained by that eternity and you cultivate it within you in your "I am" presence. You are a citizen of the universe, and for a chosen time, an inhabitant of this Earth and of this Humanity which both need your love. So, fully radiate this Christic energy of infinite love and say: "I am the crystal of eternity and I spread my light on this earth".
