The Atlantean Crystal City serves as a super temple of healing for the root wound of humanity. This root wound, revived notably during the fall of Atlantis, probably dates back to our birth on this Earth, as beings of light, several hundred thousand years ago, long before the Atlanteans. However, the Atlanteans had developed a deep knowledge of the human and many protocols to keep our light at the center of our lives, which is why this tool originated in that wonderful time.
Towards lightness
After many additional life experiences, this tool has been shaped to develop a power and effectiveness that make it today a remarkable treatment to put one's responsibility in its rightful place and regain a lightness in one's life and one's relationship to others. As a corollary, one obtains a healing of the heart organ or the area most disturbed by this trauma when we grieve, even unconsciously, from this root wound.
Meditation
To take advantage of this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, of the sounds, colors, smells, air and at the same time of your interior, your breathing and your internal feelings. Your presence leads you to feel the matter of which you are made, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense on this atomic scale. You are made of atoms in motion, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now, in this presence, take the time to center yourself on the heart. To begin, feel the air you breathe entering directly into your lungs through your chest and no longer through your mouth or nose; place all of your consciousness in this area. With your eyes closed, imagine that you could see from this area, as if your eyes were there, on your chest. Continue to explore your surroundings, sounds and sensations from this space, deeper and deeper into your heart. When you are in sync with your heart, and the space that contains it feels much larger than before, you can contact your stem cell group. This bright spot gradually bathes your presence and expands your consciousness, as if it were taking you on a journey into the universe. You become your stem cell and travel to this crystal city, radiating green light as does your heart chakra. You enter between the huge crystals and take your place among them. You are now in this energy of love, care and healing and you can affirm your will in agreement with the universe: "I choose light and love in my presence in the world, in my manifested life. Be aware that the universe hears you, your being in all dimensions, your experiences, your presence here and now and all your dear cells, so happy to be actively participating in this blossoming.
