To enjoy this treasure, relax, rest your being, your precious body, as comfortably as possible, in a position that allows you to maintain your attention in the present. Become aware of your immediate environment, the sounds, colors, smells, the air, and at the same time of your inner self, your breathing, and your internal sensations. Your presence leads you to feel the matter you are made of, in your flesh, in your bones, and in all of your cells. Perceive, beyond your cells, the atoms of your body and deeply feel the space between each of them, immense at this atomic scale. You are made of moving atoms, dancing to harmonious rhythms. Now in this presence, contact deep within your being, your heart, your guts, your reunification project, this journey of return to unity. Immerse yourself in this state of fullness in which all work is accomplished, all experiences have been lived, understood, where everything is only wisdom and logic, intelligence and harmony, love and peace. Rock this reality of the Omega that you carry in gestation in your pelvis, a place of growth and blossoming. It is now time to bring the Omega down to the root chakra. You can visualize your root chakra as a cluster of small ruby crystals. Gently place the Omega at its center. You can say: "I am my transformation." Contemplate the transformation of the rubies. They liquefy and give birth to transparent liquid crystal of a deep red color. Feel its richness and fluidity invade your pelvis. It rises and fills your entire torso up to your head, like a wave of pleasure. The alpha unites with the omega in an immaculate conception, the creation of light of your own body. You are in the presence of your history, your heritage, the origin of humanity, but above all, the purity and innocence of all creation. This meditation can stop here. You benefit from both the internal transformations it generates on the sole condition of being simply aware of it. What follows is an invitation to enter the magic (understood as "the soul acts") of expanding your potentials, of your complicity with your spirit through a feeling and observation of the intimate phenomena that transform your body, a structure containing notably your chakras. In the awareness of this transformative wave, observe the changes in your chakras. You can chant "I am my transformation" while vibrating in you deep or high sounds according to your desires, with a fine attention to your various sensations and needs of your body and your entire being. The second chakra unfolds in an ascending whirlwind of platinum color whose qualities of resilience replace the energy of karma. No longer is there a need to personally experience our own creations to reap their fruits; in a collective consciousness, we instantly recover the teachings from experiences, whatever they may be and whoever their authors are. A profound cleansing occurs within you in a very short time. Your pelvis, your being is now ready to accompany the blossoming of this primordial union of the Alpha and the Omega. In this momentum towards unity, your third and fourth chakras, the entire digestive area, plexus, as well as heart and thymus, will fulfill their missions of acquisition and assimilation thanks to a new functioning. Remember the adamantine waterfall and invite the adamantine particles to penetrate and circulate in your body. Your body illuminates and regenerates from head to toe, in connivance with the universe. You can say: "I am my transformation." By connecting with the nourishing energy that surrounds you and circulating it in your subtle bodies, you meet your vital needs with greatly enhanced efficiency and comfort. Your fifth and sixth chakras, invited to the wedding of the Alpha and the Omega, unfold like plants do in spring. You can say: "I am my transformation." Their initial branches grow and branch out generously. Feel them, from your head, growing around you, in the world, in space. You connect thus to the entire group, to the planet and the universe in a much more natural and easy way. Your clair-senses benefit from a fertile ground to develop fully. Guided by the law of reflection, invite the Omega towards the chakras developed below the root chakra. The chakra located between the knees unites in a single vortex the energy carried by both joints. Feel the coexistence of your two knees that support your positioning in the group, the family, that is to say the "I" in the "we"; and of the unique vortex, between the knees, which unites the individual and the whole. You thus offer yourself a two-way circulation path between your individualized consciousness and your universal consciousness. You can say: "I am my transformation." Feel this point of balance, this presence of your universal self in your earthly incarnation. Now bring the Omega down towards your ankles. Visualize your ankles as the two tips of a triangle with the chakra of the knees as the vertex. The triangle thus formed connects these three points by golden luminous segments. Now visualize a new triangle, flat, the base on the ankles and the vertex forward, then the same thing backward and below. In fact, it reveals a whole mesh, made of infinite triangles, filling all the space around you and the Earth. This grid of golden-orange filaments is called the crystal grid of the Earth and functions as a super powerful communication network. Your ankles allow you to anchor yourself to remain connected with our entire universe: Earth, cosmos, but also multidimensions. They are your connection point, your connection to the natural laws of the universe and its light, to your light. You can say: "I am my transformation." Complete this descent of the Omega and feel the opening under your feet. It is also a portal to the omega, like the top of the head. You thus manifest a large torus around you, opening both upwards and downwards, drawing in from both the top and the bottom. You envelop the universe with your love and the universe teaches you, nourishes you, and illuminates you with this omnipresent love.
